Re: attachments

Hey netviber,

To better assist you with this I have a couple questions; Can you forward other attachments such as Word docs or .jpegs? And is your BlackBerry® smartphone activated to a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server?

Thanks.

Re: attachments

Hey,

BlackBerry® Enterprise Server is often used with corporate users, what type of email do you have setup on the BlackBerry?

Thanks.

Re: attachments

Hey,

Go into Options > Enterprise Activation, does it show a activated account?

Re: attachments

To better assist you I would suggest  contacting your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.

Thank you.
