The information you provided is not much to figure out the issue or to suggest anything accurate , and the steps you already tried to resolve this issue .

 

Meanwhile first advice is a battery pull restart ,remove the battery while your device is Powered On ,after reboot see if that helps.Inaddition if this problem appeared after Installing any unknown application recently then try to remove that particular application it might help . But to do that you have to boot your device on Safe Mode as currently you have a black screen .
