bb 9900 is not workin for me

,i am rely disapointed with my new blackberry bold 9900,its less than a month and already giving me problems,the thing is i left it on the charger then when i thought the battery was full i removed it from the charger,i noticed it had no nert work,i switched it off  with the believe that when i switch it again (which was done in less than a minute) the network will be back.but that was it it never switched on again,and i thought its the battery,i tested it with another battery its showed that the problem wasent a battery,i tried re-installing the soft ware it switched on but the results of the previous software are not pleasing so its stil been worked on.

 

this is are sad news indeed,pliz help do u think the problem is software?i used to own a curve 8520 it never gave me such problems
