Hi. I have moved jobs but the email assigned to the (blackberry id) bbid was with my former employer the phone is mine. Now I cannot access apps or move accounts around.
Please let me know how to fix this and access my blackberry id and password.

You can create and reset your BlackBerryID Password from this link:
Otherwise, you'll need to create a new BlackBerryID.
