I downloded bbm  and am having a blackberry server error need solution please

Hi durothy,

Have a battery pull device reset. If that fails to start BBM them remove the application and install BBM 6.0 for time being. You can get it from this link: http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=bbm6

With bbm6 I can send text I can't receive text and no updates too..

You can't receive Texts or BBM messages?

I can't receive bbm messages and updates, I deleted the bbm7 to download bbm6 ti still cnt receive bbm message

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

The status of bIS indicates mobile network..... I'd have bis data plan ijust subscribed
