bbm not working

Plis help me, I upgraded my bbm no new version bbm 7.0.0.126 I'm using bb 9780 bold, bbm pin 27E09D14. My problem is that my bbm has dissapeared when I go back to reinstall it there is no option to either reinstall or delete it. I'm in South Africa

First off: Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

Now, try BBMessenger again.
