bbm not working

I switched sim cards on my bb and now bbm isn't working. I had the same thing happen when I put in the original sim card and the person at koodo had to reset something and it worked immediately. I can't remember what they did. How do I fix this?

have you downloaded any new versions of BBM ?

have you accepted all the legal stuff ??

 

if that doesnt work, i would attach it to the PC

run the desktop and back up your stuff

delete BBM on the desktoop tool

then once you have it all back on, just plug it in to the desktop again

then go to applications and where BBM is x ed out, click on it to restore

hit apply and it will re fit BBM

 

click on the icon on the phone when it boots back up

accept legals

should be workling again
