bbm request

Hi, I have recieved a bbm request but my device will not let me open it. Does anyone know how it can be opened or deleted? Many thanks

Hi mama-s,

 

Please perform hard reset by pulling your battery while your BlackBerry is ON and reinsert again in a few seconds. Thanks.
