bbm7

Since bbm7 date went live I have not had use of my bbm or my app world as it is stuck on the same user id page

what are blackberry doing to resolve this issue?

When is the next update due to fix these problems?

I have tried hard reboots master resets downloading off PC and still nothing has worked! 

what more can I try ?

I am paying for a service that I can't even use.

Have had blackberry for several years now will not be purchasing another!

Sorry to hear you're having an issue updating your BBM.

 

What type of BlackBerry data plan do you use - Prepaid or Monthly subscription?

 

Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network when doing the update or are you using your data network?

 

Can you log into your BlackBerry ID account at www.blackberry.com/blackberryid on a computer?
