Re: black berry browser

Hi ammar576

Have you tried configuring your browser? Launch your browser then click on the menu button (the one between the green call button and the trackball). Click on Browser Options > Browser Configuration. On the Browser Configuration page, set Internet Browser as your default browser and for Browser Identification make sure it's Blackberry (not Internet Explorer or Firefox).

If this doesn't work, you'll have to give a shout out to the experts.

Re: black berry browser

I think it best you give your carrier a ring to sort this out. The Blackberry browser was already on the list when I bought the phone. Are you able to browse other websites at all? Say Google or BBC?

Open your browser > Options > Browser Configuration > Browser > Internet Browser.

Scroll down to Browser Identification > Blackberry.

SAVE.

And try again.

Re: black berry browser

With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Try it again.
