heyyy 

 

I downloaded the new blackberry 7.1 . everything went well until my blackberryID showed up , entred my username d password but it gives me a message saying : connot connect to your blackberryID account .I tried changing my password as thought might have typed the wrong password . Now am sttucked and use my bbm anymore . what do do ??

and even after changing my password the same message appears on the screen . but am able to log into blackberryid online at the blackbery website . I called my server but they said they cannot help me .

 

Need urgent help plsss !!!

Hi

 

My daughter had same problem, we took it to Carphone warehouse and the guy wiped everything and started the phone again, obviously save all your stuff either on your SIM card or memory card before you reset.

Then start the BB ID with new email address etc.
