my keys on my blackberry are not working. when i press the track ball it types lh. when i press "a" it types "ou". when i press the call button i types" jk". and when i press the end call button i types hb. and sometimes i wont work at all. i love this blackberry i want it to work. i need help
Then test the keyboard and trackball prior to restoring any data, if the issue still persists then the BlackBerry Bold 9900 will need to be repaired by your network service provider.
