I have a blackberry bold 9700,yesterday night my blackberry started flashing red for no reason.I left it and woke up to find my blackberry screen white.I can recieve phonecalls.I have taken the battery out of the phone several times but the screen is still the same
To resolve the white screen you are seeing on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 smartphone, please try to back up your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. For further instructions, please see the following KB articles.
