Hello abuabdullah
If we Update or Reload our device OS using BlackBerry Desktop Software it will offer us to do backup. But still to be on safe side we should do a manual backup before doing any Update process.
Have a look on how to do a backup using BlackBerry Desktop Software KB12487
After doing the backup you can perform a clean reload of your device software.Once Reload process complete restore your data from the backup KB10339 .
So please try it .

Hello abuabdullah
If you had follow the Knowledge Base and Reloaded the device Software but still no result then yes next option is the Repair option. If you have any Repair shop near by please visit there ,somtime replacing the screen solves the issue but by someone who has is qualify for that.
