blackberry bold 9900 error 102

Hi ..

I have problem in my bb

when I restart my device I have this massage

(( error 102 reload software for further information please visit : www.blackberry.com/102 ))

I check blackberry desktop also tell me there are error and it was the latest version

what can I do please help me :'(

To Resolve your problem with this error please take a clean reload of your device software.Have a look at this Knowledge Base Article :

 

KB11320 : How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device software using BlackBerry desktop software for windows

 

Additional Information :KB10068 :  " JVM 102 " error is generated on the  BlackBerry Smartphone.
