blackberry bold 9900 scroll and hold problems

i got 2 weeks problems with mine bb bold 9900.

 

The scroll will not scroll on some menus put it wil work if i click shift and scroll.and my hold button is not working .the scroll en hold problems are 2 weeks going and sometimes it works and  now 4 days the buttons never works anymore.

 

I reinstall my blackberry os en downgraded it did the battery pull all these things never works.

 

sorry for mine bad english and i hope somebody can help me out because i got this blackberry 5 months and getting angry with the point that i will buy the iphone or the samsung because the problems this device have is driving me isane.
