blackberry bold 9900

Hello,

I have an Blackberry Bold 9900 and i have a problem with my wifi.

Somethimes my internet falls away and then i need to restart to fix it so i can go on internet again. It mostly happens when i go away from my home when the device needs to change from wifi to provider internet.

I alrdy tried to update my device but it isnt working. I also want to the local shop where i bought the phone but they say its becaus i use another simcard from another provider. Also i dont use blackberry internet on the simcard but normal internet. But internet is just working with out blackberry internet. But only the email and blackberry messenger isnt working but that is no problem for me. Can u maybe help me with this problem?
