blackberry bold loss of screen info

hi ive lost all screen info and now have only a white screen showing. tried to restore settings on BB site but could not remember key to unlock device and cannot find website to create a new one..all help appreciated

help me understand...

 

white screen issue... the device will not boot up at all now?  Even after a battery pull?

 

Restore settings on bb site:  What site?

 

"cannot find website to create a new one"  Create a new what?
