Can you perhaps provide a tiny bit more detail? As in, what interface are you attempting to use -- your BB, your PC/browser, something else? Also, what exact steps do you attempt, and what exactly happens at each step? Further, does your BB ID exist, or are you trying to initially create it? Are there any error messages presented to you? If so, the complete and exact content of those would be most helpful indeed!

As your post stands, it's quite impossible to make any useful guesses from so little detail.
