blackberry internet service & blackberry enterprise server

hello .. i have a blackberry 9700 and for some reason i can not use ma bbm or my internet .. i asked a friend and he told me to go to my service status and check that my blackberry internet service and blackberry enterprise server are connected 

 

when i checked both

- blackberry internet service 

- blackberry enterpprise server 

where displaying "not connected" 

i had then called vodafone who is my service provider and told them about this problem that i am having .. and they replied saying that they have checked that i have paid for my blackberry setting therefore i should not be having this problem

 

i did some research on the web and did the "options" €-€€ "advance options" - "host routing table" -"register now": and got a message saying "registration message sent!"

 

i soon later recived a message saying "your handheld is registered with the wireless network"

 

i am still unable to use my bbm or internet .. can someone please help me and tell me what to do please
