i recently had my 9790 stolen. i didn't realize this at the time, but the blackberry protect is able to actually locate the phone for me or have it ring loudly despite being on silent etc. what a wonderful feature. anyways, i only now discovered this feature after i got a replacement 9900 and when i sign in, i see that the 9790 is "archived". it says i can't perform functions on an archived phone 
is there anyway around this? i just want my phone back...
