blackberry warranty support

Would just like to say that I am very unhappy with recent news I was given about my new blackberry 9900. I sent the phone in for repair after it had randomly turned off on me to find out 'there was water damage' and it will cost $250 (more then what I paid for) in order to fix it. On that note I will not being purchasing a blackberry ever again on the fact that they do not care about their customers after they purchase their phones.

Sorry to hear about your device , But this Forums consist of Users just like you who try to help each other, the issues   they encounter with there devices. 

 

Regarding Warranty, Water damage is not considered under Warranty .
