blackberry wipe.

Please is it possible to retrieve my files that weren't backup by the blackberry protect.? Files like pictures and videos that were wiped out after tha blackberry wipe. Please I will really appreciate your helps and opinions. I really need to get those pictures back.

If the pictures were on the Memoryy card then you can remove it and place it in your PC, you may need an adapter.

 

If they were on the phone then sorry no.

Where were your pictures located, in the device memory or the media card.

 

Normally, the media card is not affected in a security wipe.

It was more information to assure the user that data on the media card likely wasn't affected.
