Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.
You will be able to backup your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9000 smartphone and synchronize it using a Bluetooth® connection with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software, however you will not be able to reload the BlackBerry® Device Software in this way.
