1  when i try to open the camera it say "please close other application an try again"

2  when i turn on the bluetooth it freezes an the blue tooth does  not come on

i did battery pull i reinstall the software i am all out of ideas

You've already tried resolution 1a and 1b.  If resolution 1c doesn't work, then you will have to get the phone repaired.
