bold 9790 batter life sucks

My bold 9790 battery life is too bad.Any options to save life of a battery.I have os 7.1Bundle(v7.1.0.336,platform 9.16.0.102).Battery life was bettr on my bold 9700.I m very upset with this device of blackberry.It hardly runs for 6 to 7 hours,i have to charge my cell 3 times a day...bul**bleep**.
