It says error 102 and i tried reloading the device software through the desktop software , but the desktop software does not show any versions avaialable
it simply says me to enter my mail id to get future updates

Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open the BlackBerry Desktop Software. Click the Device menu and select Update... A dialog box appears and indicates that there are no BlackBerry Device Software updates available. Click View other versions in the lower left corner. now here is my problem : there are no versions on the left side how do i install then ???????????????????
