Hi guys just sharing my experience here.

carrier ( mobile 1) singapore
bought the unit early this year,
just a week ago somethingreally wrong happened to the device.
my 4GB sd card were suddenly cant be detected , notice firstly by my what's app
it say can store message history ,
but all music and video are fine and my memory card is edtected when i connected my device to the PC.
even my screen grabber cant save files , photos cant be saved... i was frustrated.
deleted and reinstalled my whats' app and screen grabber. still no effect.
then weirder stuff happened , i can add nor delete files in my memory card..
i cant even format it ( window can complete the task )
pull battery but before that took the card out.
now it can be read at all. no memory card detected on the device.
decided memory card kaput.. coz cant even delete file after using the sd card adaptor/format.
so what the hell , so happened i got a 2GB micro sd laying around..
copy paste the content ( deleting almost half of my music and all the videos )
put it in. and still can't read the card.
was about to turn the device in for service. after reading things in the forums about people having the same problem. some even got the unit replaced.
( i assumed it was a hardware problem)
when i decided to try one last thing before.
I restore the device to last month's.
and what do you know... it is all fixed.. just like that..
i thought it was a hardware problem..
but just by simply a plug and click.. all problem solved.
just sharing my experience!.. any thing wrong try restoring the device!..
