bold 9900 rings and cannot answer

does anyone have this problem where incoming calls cannot be answered and have to reboot phone to make it work again

I haven't experienced this. How long as this been happening? Also, what OS version are you on? You can get this by going into Options > Device > About Device Versions... its the number listed after the v. (e.g. 7.0.0.585).

This could be resolved by upgrading the software if you're still on the older software. I just checked Bell's website and the most recent OS is 7.0.0.585 for the Bold 9900.
