browser not working, app world not connecting

DEAR ALL, 

 

please help, m blackberry browser is not working, so aslo is my bb app world. my bb messanger is working and my emails are dropping but i can not access the internet directly from my phone, please what do i do. thanks

You say your BlackBerry browser is not working.  What exactly are you seeing and what message(s) are you getting?

hi, on the browser it says 'unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. if the problem persists please contact your service provider', while on the app world it say 'can not connect to the blackberry servicer, please try again later'. i have tried everything, please help. thanks

I am also having the same problem. My browser can't connect with via hotspot or internet.

 

Suprisingly my BBM and email is working. My internet radio is working. Other than that all applications requires internet failed.
