button not working

one of my keyboard buttons isn't working. (i need the "a" in order to enter my passcode). I tried soft resetting and hard resetting without any luck. Will I have to bring it into an AT&T store to replace the keyboard? Is there something else I could do before that? thanks Smiley Happy

 

oh and also, the trackball button doesn't "enter" when I click down on it, as well....

It sounds like a hardware problem, so taking it into the carrier would be my suggestion. The only other software related thing you could do would be to reload the OS. I doubt it will fix the issue though, but it never hurts to try.   Smiley Happy
