before i sleep i plugged my bold into the charger and i've slept maybe the charger wasnt inserted well anyway in the startup screen ( loading ) it quits and i've removed the battery . and inserted it again and it makes the same thing i've tried to charge it using the lap and makes the same thing also what shall i do ! ?
In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.
