connnected my wife's device to wifi to downlod app world and all it says the module does not support and downloading fails.......and when i try to download it thru my desktop option, the following message appears: Downloads via a USB connection are not enabled for this product. Please visit our mobile download site using the browser on your BlackBerry® smartphone.

Using your device blackberry browser try down loading App World 3.1 from the mobile site.
