can not download content from the internet bold 9900

Hi there

I'm having problems with my internet, its either I get error messages when I want to visit a website, or when I want to download, on the downloads message, it never fully downloads and I keep getting error messages. It worked well before now all of a sudden it isn't.

Please help, disappointed :smileysad: feeling lost

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

Try clearing the browser cache and test again:

 

  1. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser.
  2. Press the Menu key, and click Options.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the options list where there will be a section called Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Select the desired options and choose Clear Now.

Hi yes probably all the websites I go to, but I eventually get in. My biggest problem is that I subscribe to music websites and I can't download and of the files which I could with ease, they all get upto 300kb then just say error?

I've rebooted, updated my software, cleared cache, and nothing works.

Hey,

 

Can you access www.blackberry.com or www.google.com? If yes, I would suggest reaching out the website host that you are downloading from to verify that the website is still supported on the BlackBerry Browser.
