can't browse the internet on Bold 9700

Please help! I can't browse the internet. when I click the trackpad in the browser nothing happens.

 

I know it's not the phone because the trackpad works in all the applications and when texting and replying to emails. The only place it doesn't work is when i'm trying to browse.

 

Anyone know why - or how to fix it?

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner:

 

With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
