Sorry to hear your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9780 smartphone is having difficulties connecting to BlackBerry App World™ and the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.
First off, when you go to access App World™ , do you get an error? If so, what is that error?
As for connecting to the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, you will need to contact your IT Administrator for the password to activate on the server.
If you do not have an IT Admin then you most likely won't be using Enterprise service as this is mainly for corporations. You will more than likely be using the BlackBerry® Internet Service.
In your Setup icon, select Email accounts then Internet Mail. You may need to confirm with your mobile network carrier to ensure your data plan has this feature enabled.

Can you provide the full error as it appears?
Did you check your Date and Time Zone to make sure it's set to the correct one?
Did you log in with the same BlackBerry® ID from your old device or did you create a new account?

Delete App World from your device then reboot.
On your device browser go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and reinstall it.
Should the error persist upon accessing App World or logging in, then it would be advised you contact your mobile network carrier for further investigation.
