can't send emails

Hey folks,

All over sudden I can't send any emails via my bb device. Also, can't open any attachments - get an error message 'request can't be completed, service book information not found'.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Yar

Re: can't send emails

Yeah, I have an idea.  Resend the service books to your phone.  To do that, from your homescreen follow Messages>Menu Key>Options>Email Account Management>Menu Key>Service Books>Send Service Books.

Let us know if that helps you.  :smileyhappy:

My Z10 was furnished by BlackBerry but all opinions are my own.

Re: can't send emails

Resending the service books usually does the trick.  What you should do next is call Vodafone and ask them to reset your BIS.  Once they've done that, have them send the service books to your phone.

My next suggestion will be an OS reload so let's see if them resetting your BIS will solve the issue.

Please post back with your results.  :smileyhappy:
