cannot download from appworld


 got bb 9900 had about 3 months and now for some reason a cannot download from appworld comes up with message cannot get new token to deivce offline state error id 40760

i have updated my bb hoping this will work, pulled the battery but none of this work

need help please

Do you currently have an active data plan set up with your service provider that includes the BlackBerry® Internet Browser? Also when version of BlackBerry® App World do you currently have installed?

I also faced the same issue. I rectified it by deleting the appworld from my mobile and then downloaded it again from rroyy.com/ota through the mobile browser. Different versions are available here. Choose the one appropriate to the OS version of your device. Mine is working fine now.
