cannot recover from JVM error

Hello. I reneclty got the JVM error

I followed this thread

http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Curve/JVM-Error-102-BEFORE-YOU-WIPE-YOUR-SYSTEM/td...

to try and fix it.

Unfortunately, even though i reloaded the missing cof files, the device doesnt boot regularly and goes into blackberry platform, and from there i cant do nothing as its missing files

So...

1. CAn i reload the whole files somehow?

If that doesnt work i want to wipe and reisntall.. but the problem is, I havent backed up nothing,

I plug in my phone, but the desktop software cant connect to it?

Is there a way to connect it and back up anything?

Help, plz, everything is inside the phone, contacts, messages, whatever...

Please can someone respond?

Thanks a lot!

Re: cannot recover from JVM error

Hey nikolakos,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

I can definitely help you out.

Since the BlackBerry® has a JVM error present you can not backup any data.  To resolve the issue you will need to reload the device software via force detection.  Follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
