cant access website/email of kids school HELP

Have a 9650 Bold through Verizon
can't get on kids school website or their emails? Other parents with same model and service ARE able to access both, I turned off firewall and pop up blocker and ran diagnostic and DIDN'T work. HELP!!

ok, so what happens, other than "can't".

 

You type in the correct URL for the website... click go.. and what?

 

It's hard to assist you unless we know what is happening.

 

LIke going to the doctor and saying "I hurt!" and nothing else.

Sorry, thought I included info. I receive the an Error code 500 and it says "error establishing a database connection"

That probably means the site is secure and won't allow you to access it from a mobile device.

 

You could try setting your browser emulation to FireFox or IE and see if you can access it... Browser > Options > Browser Configuration > Browser Identification and set as desired and save.
