cant sync itunes to blackberry desktop

Can anybody please help. I cannot sync itunes to the blackberry desktop software. it has worked in the past but just stopped working. I have tried deleting both items several times then reloading but it just shows no lists to sync. I can load the music by downloading onto the SD card but it is so annoying as it has worked, I think it may be a microsoft problem blocking but Im not sure. Anybody out there got any ideas.

What version of iTunes® are you using? What version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software?

 

If you make a new playlist in iTunes, does it show up in the Media sync?

Hello, Its the latest itunes software and blackberry desktop. If you try and sync it says no music to sync. I tunes will not show or load onto the blackberry software. It did the same with the older software, it seems the blackberry cannot accept the itunes or vise versa.but Im sure its something wrong with the pc software blocking it,

Can you go to iTunes>Help>About iTunes and in Desktop Software go to the Question Mark>About BlackBerry Desktop Software and type out both full version numbers.

Thank you for your e_mail. Unfortunately I cannot get the desktop software to show, Ifollowed as you have shown in my itunes but cant get it to show what you recommend, any other ideas?

Hello, the blackberry software is 6.0 bundle 2949   and itunes 10.7.0.21.

Uninstall the Desktop Software and download the latest version from www.blackberry.com/desktop. Install the new updated version then attempt the iTunes sync.

Many Thanks for the suggestion, Unfortunately I have tried this several times to no avail. I have un installed and re-installed both itunes and BB desktop software with and without the firewall, the conclusion is always the same. itunes will not display, if I change to windows media player, it does show the few tracks I have on it but switch back to itunes and its back to no songs to display. It has worked fine in the past, it just stopped working. It seems either the desktop software will not allow itunes or vice versa. the only way I can play music is to copy and paste to the micro sd card, then insert it into the phone, 9700 bold which is very inconvenient. any more suggestions will be gratefully recieved.

At this point I would recommend you contact your mobile network carrier and ask them to open a ticket with RIM support to investigate this matter further.
