I have just set up a new domain for a BB customer of "www.domainname.co" (.com, .co.uk etc were all taken)
When we try to set up the email account on his BB, it autocompletes to ".com" every time, even if we try to set the details manually. It will set the mail server ok using "mail.domainname.co" but not in the address field. Is it possible to switch this off anywhere?

When we attempted to logon to the O2 site to do just that, it said that we had to set up the email on the device
We'll try calling o2 the next time we have the handset
