hey

when i try logging into msn live i get this message

connection error:smileytongue:lease ensure the device time is correct

anyone knws how to fix this

I had the same problem. I fixed using options tab and updating the correct date. Try that.

:smileymad: I am suffering through the same problem for the last 3 days have tried everything from battery pulls, WLM service book files deleted, uninstall / reinstall completely, deleted the app too totally, manually and automatically updated time, reregistered my handset via host route thingy also contacted my service provider vodafone seem everything is fine at their end (was on the phone for almost 45 mins they were none the wiser) according to them its msn or blackberry issue. All of my other apps like BBM, Yahoo, Facebook and Twitter are all working correctly also internet working just fine its only Windows messenger not signing in always getting this connection errro: make sure the device time is correct ........... :smileysad: please help. Still waiting for any help. No luck in logging in still getting the same message for my Windows Live Messenger App please anybody help :smileyfrustrated:

Just wanted to let u guys know it somehow got fixed by itself on monday evening, so all is working well meaning Windows Live Messenger signed in and kicking :smileyhappy: I am guessing it was the BlackBerry and Msn server issue :smileyhappy:
