Hi, my Blackberry Bold has broken, and I am awaiting its repair, in the mean time I am using an old Iphone to get by on, how can i get to my contacts backed up on the desktop software on my mac? is there a way that I can view them or even better sync them from itunes onto the iphone?

Many thanks

Re: contacts from blackberry desktop software

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Can you perhaps clarify some things please?

Are you asking if you can now back up your contacts, from your BB, to your MAC, even though your BB is dead? If so, I think the answer would be no...the BB must be able to function in order for it to interface to your MAC and allow a backup to be conducted.

On the other hand, are you asking if you can extract your contacts from an existing backup file that already exists on your MAC, and get those onto your iStuff? If so, that'll be a question for our MAC folks, who hang out in a different part of our site.

So, please clarify your exact need and we'll see if we can get you directed to the right place.

Thanks and let us know!
