Try this -
When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

Hi shesha_almadani welcome to Support Forums
Try Battery Pull Restart as suggested by tanzim as a first step in resolving this Error ,The Image you provided is regarding Error 102 or JVM 102 generally this error appear when One or more .cod files on our device are corrupted . So please remember The BlackBerry Desktop Software might display Disconnected even if the BlackBerry smartphone is connected to the computer. Open the application loader tool to reinstall the BlackBerry Device Software. For further Instruction go through this Knowledge Base Article :
KB10068 : " JVM 102 " error is generated on the BlackBerry Smartphone.
Please try it and let us know.
