I don't want to assume, but since your question is rather vague, I will assume you want to know how to delete duplicate contacts.

If so, are you looking to delete duplicate contacts on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9780 smartphone, a desktop organizer such as Microsoft® Outlook®, within your email account or all of the above?

The more information you can provide, the more we will be able to troubleshoot the issue so we can offer resolution.

My contacts just duplicated on my BB Bold 9900.  I can't figure out why.  I unchecked duplicates on the options but they are still all there twice.  It looks like there are two complete sets of "Desktop" contacts but I don't see a way to delete one.

Any help is appreciated.

how many "contact lists" do you have on your device?

home screen >> address book >> menu >> select contact list

I have two, both titled "Desktop".  However, I don't see any way to delete one.  Selecting one only gives the choice of selecting to check or uncheck the box of wireless synchronization.  I have de-selected this box which probably solves the issue.  Thanks so much.

using outlook, try to add a new contact.
after a while, it will sync to your 9900. Does the contact appear in both contact lists ?
