Can anyone help me - o2 certainly couldn't! I started having trouble reading downloaded pdf's. Any time I tried to, I got an error message telling me that "the pdf could not be opened because there is a pending dialogue on documents to go.Please close this dialogue and try again". o2 were like, bugger off! So, I have deleted documents to go thinking there was no point in having it as it didn't work properly. On App World I cannot find any alternative pdf readers - even thoguh an internet search suggests they are out there - and I cannot find anywhere where I can redownload documents to go.

Hi, and thanks for your reply. I tried doing that, but all I got was an option to use, then buy, the trial version. I sthat right, or am I looking in the wrong place?

OK, I thought that would be easier to try that first.

Instead, connect your BlackBerry via USB and open the BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Click on Applications. You should see a list of applications and software, see if you notice the DocsToGo, WordToGo, SheetsToGo, etc., in the list?

Can you click to reinstall?

Hi thanks for this - success! I have just viewed two pdf email attachments. The trick now will be to see if I can download and view successive pdfs from the internet without getting problems. Many thanks for ur help. U should ask o2 if they want any training!

Hi again, have now downloaded the pdfs I originally downloaded but couldn't open. Download, save to device, documents to go, pdf is displayed, highlight then press scroll key, no problem. I've written a complaint letter to o2 - I've a good mind to add a P.S. To say someone in the forums did what they couldn't do. Thanks again, will mark this as resolved by a very helpful person. Steve.
