Hey Vakil

BBM depends on you data or BlackBerry plan with your provider. As long as you have those, you should be good.

Call up Vodafone to be sure.

BBM will work if you subscribe BlackBerry data plan form your mobile operator. Other then that plan you won't have to pay anything. This is almost standard for all mobile operator.
