earphones

Hi guys

 

This is an odd one.  I have a Curve 9300.  I play music through my earphones and there has never been a problem.  Today however, i cannot get the pin to go into the portal - it seems to have been sealed.  Tried other normally compatible plug ins, but they too are blocked.  What on earth have i done?  Your help much appreciated

Hello scobie0 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

To clarify, the port when you would insert your earphones seems to be blocked? Are you trying to plug in the earphones that came with your device or another set? 

 

If you shine a bight light in the earphones hole, do you see any debris inside?
