email account was being locked by the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server

my phone was locked on this page when i bought this 2nd hand cell phone (bold 9900).

what can i do if i would like to deactivate this function?

i have tried to wipe the phone and intall the new OS to 7.1, but still kept the same situation....

Simply activate BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS from your Carier , it will then offer you Internet Mail Account / Personal email services .

Thanks Prince2012. But actually my cell is always connected to wifi, so I would like to see if I can still using this service without joining the plan. what's more, I am not able to use the hotmail, gmail in the email function as it only shown the page https://www.dropbox.com/s/1ym7y3u50ywa0v1/enterprise-activation-app-2.jpg

I cannot access to any other email accounts. :smileysad:

There is nothing wrong in what you're getting on that screen ! As I said you need to Contact your Carrier to enable BIS in your account . Once you activate it your Carrier will register your device and will push BIS service book which will allow you or offer you Internet / Personal Mail Account . 

 

To use BlackBerry push email services and many other BlackBerry Application we need BlackBerry Data Plan from our Carrier without that it will not work even over wifi. So Contact your carrier and activate it if you want those services.

I thought it was only for Enterprise Email and I have no way to access my personal email accounts. I get what you mean now. Thanks!
